Kevin Patrick “KP” Allis, 34, of Brook, passed away at his home on Wednesday, June 8, 2016. He was born in Rensselaer on January 6, 1982, the son of Clark Kevin Allis and Deborah (Chevrette) Botts.

He graduated from South Newton High School with the class of 2001. He worked as a handyman. He was a member of the First Christian Church of Brook. KP loved baseball. He played on the Angry Goats men’s softball team in Brook and was a diehard Chicago Cubs fan.

KP is survived by his loving family: parents Deborah Botts and Kevin Allis; sister JoAnna Allis; maternal grandfather Wilfred (Linda) Chevrette; paternal grandmother Jackie (Charlie) Whaley; nephews Mason Adams and Brayden Tesky; and several cousins. He was preceded in death by: his maternal grandmother, Barb Chevrette; and his paternal grandfather, Herman Allis.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, June 14, 2016 from 4-7 p.m. (CDT) at the Brook First Christian Church. A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, June 14, 2016 at 7 p.m. at the Brook First Christian Church. Memorials are suggested to the Brook Little League.
