Obituary for Anthony Leon "Tony" Glancy
Anthony Leon “Tony” Glancy II, 21, of Rensselaer, Indiana passed away Thursday, December 24, 2020. He was born in Hobart, Indiana on December 28, 1998, the son of Dawn Marie (Bukowski) Glancy and the late Anthony Leon Glancy I. He attended Rensselaer Central High School.
Tony enjoyed watching drag racing and NASCAR, riding dirt bikes, and he was a Chicago Bears fan. He loved animals and enjoyed horseback riding.
He is survived by his mother, Dawn Glancy; step-father, John Poynter; brother, Mikey Loar; grandfather Jim Kelly; grandfather John Butowski; four aunts: Barb (Mark) Nowak, Julie (Steve) Sirt, Shelly Heckman, and Kenda (Greg) Loar; and five cousins: Charlie, Tristan, Jonathan, Megan, and Aiden.
He was preceded in death by his biological father, Anthony Glancy I, grandmother Annie Kelly; and grandmother Beverly Bukowski.
