Obituary for Bret Allen Berenda
Bret Allen Berenda, 53, of Piggott, AR, formerly of Goodland, IN passed away July 30, 2021. He was born April 11, 1968. He was a graduate of Tri-County High School and had worked for Pilot Truck Stop in Remington prior to moving to Arkansas. He enjoyed fishing and NASCAR.
Bret is survived by his wife, Carol L. (Reynolds) Berenda of Piggott, AR; his mother, Carol J. Berenda of Goodland, IN; one sister, Cindy (Larry) Davis of Rensselaer, IN; one brother, Russell (Theresa) Berenda of CT; one sister-in-law, Missy (Mike) McCarty of Piggott, AR; two brothers-in-law, Roger Reynolds and Bill Reynolds, both of Piggott, AR. Also surviving are two nieces; three nephews; two great-nieces; and four great-nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father, Robert W. Berenda; and one sister, Jennifer Berenda.
The family is planning a Celebration of Bret’s Life for Saturday, September 4, 2021 at Bethany Evangelical Free Church in Rensselaer. Friends may visit with the family from 11:30 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. A memorial service will begin at 12:30 p.m. with Roger Reynolds officiating.
