Obituary for Estellita "Stella" Perez (Reyes)
Estellita “Stella” (Reyes) Perez, 57, of Rensselaer, passed away at her home on Thursday, April 25, 2019. She was born in Corpus Christi, TX on June 6, 1961 to the late Enrique H. Reyes and Rosa (Saucedo) Reyes.
Stella was creative and enjoyed arts and crafts. She also enjoyed shopping and going to garage sales. She was a collector of knick knacks and roosters, horses and angels were some of her favorites.
Stella is survived by her loving family: two children, Margarita Perez and Alfonso Perez, Jr.; five siblings: Enrique Reyes, Jr., Herlinda (Steve) Teach, Ernie (Connie) Reyes, Lolly (Bill) Bruce and Elaine Gembala; four grandchildren: Antonio R. Perez, Enrique A. Perez, Julissa D. Jones-Perez and Sabrina A. Jones-Perez; and numerous aunts and uncles and nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother, Eddie Reyes.
Friends are invited to visit with the family on Friday, May 3, 2019 from 10:30 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. at the Fellowship of Living Hope, 3850 Bunkum Rd., Rensselaer, IN 47978. A Rosary Service will be held at 11:30 a.m. A Memorial Service will begin at 12:30 p.m. with Pastor Edwin Bontreger officiating. Memorials may be made to the family.
