James Lee “Jimmy” Rowe, 61, of Medaryville, Indiana, passed away at his home on Sunday, November 18, 2018 surrounded by his family. He was born in Lima, Ohio on November 5, 1957, the son of Clyde Rowe and Lidia (Edens) Martin.

Jimmy enjoyed singing, playing guitar, hunting, fishing, playing pool, and spending time with his family.

He is survived by his wife, Robin Rowe; five children: Melinda Rowe (Darrell Holbrook), Bonnie Fitch (Ben), Danny Robinson (Krystale Harvey), Derrick Williams (April Tuttle), and Dallas Williams (Cindy); two sisters, Nada Wireman (Stanley) and Linda Nees (Rich); two brothers, Robert Rowe and Kenneth Rowe (Robin Lang); 13 grandchildren; and 9 great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Clyde Rowe and Lidia Martin; one sister, DeeDee Wireman; two grandsons, Justin “Boomer” West and Devin Holbrook; one great-grandson, Bryson Hughes; and one nephew, Dennis Murphy, Jr.

Visitation will be Friday, November 23, 2018 from 2 p.m. until time of funeral at 6 p.m. (EST) at Goodway Baptist Church. Pastor James Rowe and Pastor Dean Rowe officiating. Interment will be at Memorial Park Cemetery in Lima, Ohio on Monday, November 26, 2018 with a Committal Service beginning at 1 p.m. (EST). Memorials may be made to the family.
