Obituary for Laurence Mervin "Larry" Twardowski
Laurence Mervin “Larry” Twardowski, 67, of Morocco, Indiana passed away Friday morning, May 20, 2022 at George Ade Memorial Health Care Center in Brook. He was born in Cook County, Illinois on July 21, 1954, the son of Thomas Twardowski, Sr. and the late Ruth Colleen (Moore) Twardowski.
Larry was a graduate of Thornton South High School and a veteran of the U.S. Army. He was a repairman and owned and operated the Klean Sweep vacuum repair shop. He enjoyed model trains and was a fan of Star Trek and Dr. Who.
Larry is survived by Judy Harding, his significant other of many years; one son, David Colie Twardowski of Morocco; two step-children, Adrienne and Lauren Harding; his father, Thomas Twardowski, Sr. of Arkansas; and three brothers: Thomas (Meredith) Twardowski, Jr. of Pennsylvania, James Twardowski of Morocco and Andrew (Hollie) Twardowski of Aurora, Illinois. Eight grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren also survive. He was preceded in death by his mother.
