Obituary for Rhonda Lorraine Parker (Woolley)
Rhonda Lorraine (Woolley) Parker, 54, of Carmel, Indiana, formerly of Rensselaer, passed away Sunday evening, December 2, 2018 at Community Hospital North surrounded by her family. She was born in Rensselaer to Ronald and Ruth Woolley. Rhonda was a devoted mother who loved to cheer on her children at all their athletic events and volunteer on the school PTO. Rhonda graduated from Rensselaer Central High School in 1982, and went on to receive her Bachelor's Degree from Ball State University in 1986. She courageously battled pancreatic cancer and will be missed by the many people who knew her.
Rhonda is survived by her loving husband of 18 years, John; daughter, Abby; son, Lucas; mother, Ruth Woolley; brother, Rodney (fiancé, Janet) Woolley; sisters, Robin (Scott) Nelson and Renee (Chris) Castle; sister-in-law Katrina Cearlock; nieces, Riley Woolley, Reagan Shaffer, Haylee Walker, Hannah Nelson, Gracie Castle, Ellie Castle, Katie Castle, Elizabeth Cearlock, and Mallory Cearlock. She is preceded in passing by her father, Ronald Woolley.
Friends and family are invited to gather from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Friday December 7, 2018 at Flanner Buchanan - Oaklawn Memorial Gardens (Conner Suite) 9700 Allisonville Road, Fishers, Indiana 46250, where a funeral service will begin at 7:00 p.m. All are welcome to attend graveside services to be held on Saturday December 8, 2018 at 11:30 a.m. (Central Time) at Weston Cemetery in Rensselaer.
