Albert Wienrank

Albert J. Wienwrank, age 89 of rural Rensselaer, passed away at his home May 7, 2009. He was born at Crescent City, Illinois on April 10, 1920 a son of the late Chris and Hannah (Eiben) Wienwrank. He had been a Jasper County resident since 1953. He was a lifetime farmer and loved John Deeere equipment. He was educated at the Iroquois County Public Schools and on May 25, 1941 in Crescent City, Illinois he married Marjorie I. Kingdon who preceded him in death on August 19, 2001. Children surviving are a son, Raymond Wienrank of Rensselaer and daughters, Mary Jane (Mrs. Steve) Moehring of Fowler, IN, Arlene (Mrs. Jerry) Sanders of Brook, Ruth Ann (Mrs. Melvin) Myers of Rensselaer, and Tina (Mrs. Tom) Wenrick of Remington. A brother, Donald (wife: Annabelle) Wienrank of Crescent City, Illinois and a sister Matilta Ash of Ashkum Illinois. 12 grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren also survive. He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, a brother, 3 sisters and a grandson.
