Bonita Sue Pratt

Bonita Sue Pratt, 64, of Morocco, Indiana passed away Friday, November 9, 2018 at IU Health Arnett Hospital in Lafayette. She was born March 11, 1954 in Marion, Kentucky to Douglas Ray Miller and Viola Elizabeth (Harris) Miller. Her family moved to Morocco when she was a young girl and she spent the rest of her life there.

She retired from Rose Acre Farms where she worked in quality control for thirty years. She attended Cornerstone Assembly of God Church.

Bonita had a heart of gold. She was always willing to lend a helping hand to whoever might need it. She had a wonderful sense of humor and loved to joke around.

When she was younger, she enjoyed camping and traveling. She liked playing cards and Yahtzee and getting out of the house. She most cherished spending time with her sons and grandchildren, and having cookouts with her family in the summer.

Bonita is survived by her three sons: Ronald Luther Pratt, Jr. (Kris), Jeremy L. Pratt, and Jamie E. Pratt; two brothers, Billie J. Miller (Roxellen) and Donald Ray Miller (ex-wife Deborah D. Miller); two sisters, Janice Marie Woodke (Rob) and Patricia Miller; nine grandchildren; three step-grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; one brother, Bobbie Joe Miller and his wife Janet Elaine Miller; her ex-husband Ronald Luther Pratt, Sr.; daughter-in-law Stephanie Jane Pratt; and former daughter-in-law Shannon S. Munson.

Visitation will be Thursday, November 15, 2018 from 10 a.m. until time of funeral at 12 p.m. at Steinke Funeral Home of Rensselaer. Rev. Wayne Williams officiating.
