Christina Marie Hall

Christina Marie Hall, 36, of Columbia City, passed away Wed., Aug. 14, 2013 at Parkview Regional Medical Center in Ft. Wayne. She was born in Honolulu, HI on Aug. 6, 1977, the daughter of Claude Ralph Hall and Shirley (Whitlow) Lukes.

Christina graduated from Warsaw High School with the Class of 1999. She worked in assembly and piecework for Towerview Industries in Columbia City, where she had resided for the past 18 years. She was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary of Morocco Post #146. She enjoyed playing video games and she loved animals, especially cats and dogs.

Christina is survived by her parents, Claude Ralph Hall (Sandy) of Morocco and Shirley Lukes (Tom) of Sumava Resorts; six siblings: Andrew Hall of Morocco, Ashley Sauve (Shawn) of Toronto, Canada, Hollis Howard (Cindy) of Wolcott, Brian Howard (Leslie) of Otterbein, Kevin Lukes of Brownsburg and Denise Lukes of Sumava Resorts; grandparents, Lila “Meme” Hall of Lake Village, Tootsie Granado of French Lick and Venus Lukes of Sumava Resorts. Numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins also survive. She was preceded in death by: her grandparents, Abraham Hall, Samson and Phyllis Cooper, Danny Granado, Earl Whitlow, and Jim Lukes.

Friends may call on Sunday, Aug. 18, 2013 from 1 – 5 p.m. (CDT) at Steinke Funeral Home of Morocco. Funeral services will be held at the funeral home at 5 p.m. (CDT) with Pastor Wayne Williams officiating. Cremation will follow the services and interment at Lake Village Cemetery will be at a later date. Memorials are suggested to the family.
