Daisy Graham

Phyllis Daisy Graham, age 77 of Morocco, passed away Friday, Nov. 18, 2011 at Autumn Hills Health and Rehab Center following several years of declining health. She was born on Oct. 18, 1934, daughter of the late William R. Dell, Sr. and Florence (Labounty) Dell.

Daisy attended school in Calumet Township. On Dec. 23, 1952 in Crown Point she married Dennis N. Graham, Jr., and he survives. She had been a resident of Morocco for 25 years, having previously resided in Sumava Resorts and Black Oak, Indiana. She had worked as a prep cook for Luke's Restaurant.

Daisy is survived by her husband Dennis and three children: Steven Graham (wife: Renee) of Morocco, Laura Black (husband: Woodrow) of St. Louis, Michigan, and Kathleen Patz (husband: Arnold, Jr.) of DeMotte. Thirteen grandchildren and many great-grandchildren also survive. She was preceded in death by her parents, two sisters and one brother.

The family will receive friends at Daisy and Dennis' home at 203 N. Dewey Street in Morocco on Saturday, Dec. 3, 2011 from 1:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. A memorial service will be held at the home at 3:00 p.m. with Rev. Royal Voeller officiating. Interment was at Graceland Cemetery in Valparaiso. Memorials are suggested to the family.
