Dennis Graham

Dennis N. Graham, 79, of Morocco, passed away at his son's residence in Morocco Tuesday morning, October 30, 2012. Dennis was born in Calument City, IL on December 30,1932 to the late Dennis Graham, Sr. and Ora C. (Bragg) Graham. He attended Thornton Fractional High School in Calumet City and went on to serve his Country in the U.S. Army. On December 23, 1952, he married Phyllis "Daisy" Graham. She preceded him in death on November 18, 2011.

Dennis worked for Allied Structural Steel and the Council on Aging, retiring in 1995. He had been a Morocco area resident since 1985 and was a member of the VFW and a past member of the Eagles Lodge. He enjoyed playing cards and fishing.

Dennis is survived by two daughters, Kathleen (Arnold) Patz of DeMotte and Laura Black (Steven Woodrow) of St. Louis, Michigan; and a son, Steve (Renee) Graham of Morocco. Thirteen grandchildren and eighteen great-grandchildren also survive. He was preceded in death by his parents and his wife.

Interment will take place at Graceland Cemetery in Valparaiso on Tuesday, November 6, 2012 at 10:30 a.m. Steinke Funeral Home of Morocco is handling the arrangements.
