Dolores Lillian Albrecht

Dolores Lillian Albrecht, 80, of Morocco, passed away Tuesday evening, May 5, 2015. She was born in Dolton, Illinois on August 18, 1934, daughter of the late Edward and Lillian (Sliga) Shaefer. On July 10, 1954, in Chicago, Illinois she married Ronald Albrecht, Sr. He preceded her in death on November 24, 2011. She had been a resident of Morocco for 14 years, having moved there from Arkdale, Wisconsin.

Dolores was a homemaker. She enjoyed knitting, cooking, playing the piano and spending time with her grandchildren.

She is survived by her loving family: one son, Ronald (Nancy) Albrecht, Jr. of Morocco; two daughters, Cynthia (Robert) Byars of Morocco and Susan Bandamer of North Judson; six grandchildren: Rachel Neeley, Robert Byars, Jr., Lori and Nicklaus Albrecht, and Robert and Amy Zorch; six great grandchildren: Shelby Neeley, RJ Neeley, Gauge Murray, William Zorich, Drake Zorich and Julianna Essay; and one sister, Diane Cannon of North Carolina.

She was preceded in death by: her parents, Edward and Lillian Shaefer; her husband, Ronald Albrecht, Sr.; and two daughters, Lori Jordan and Debra Ames.
