Frank Smith

Frank Arthur Smith, age 77 of Rensselaer passed away Saturday, July 19, 2008 at his home. He was born in Harvey, IL on August 17, 1928 the son of the late Frank Albert Smith and Ann (Fromalski) Smith. He had lived in Rensselaer for 11 years moving here from Calumet City, IL. He married Joan Agnes (Romero) Smith on December 31, 1988 in Hammond, IN. She survives. He was educated at Washington High School. He was a painter and interior decorator for 22 years, retiring at age 62. He had served his country in the U.S. Army. Per Frank's request his body was cremated.
