George Christner

George W. Christner, Jr., age 64, of Goodland, passed away February 28, 2010 at 9:50 P.M. in Remington as a result of an auto accident. George was born March 5, 1945 in Brownsville, PA son of George W. and Betty Alice (Broadwater) Christner, Sr. He had made his home in Goodland since the early 1990s and was employed as a truck driver by Ulyat Trucking in Remington for the past 8 years. He is survived by his parents of PA; son, Michael (wife: Judith) Christner of Union, KY; brother, Ray (wife: Theresa) Christner; and a sister Margaret Lee, both of Brownsville, PA. Per family wishes cremation was chosen. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, March 6, 2010 at Church of the Nazarene on Vernon St. in Allison, PA 15413 at 11:00 A.M. (PA time)
