Gerardo Torres Barajas

Gerardo Torres Barajas, 40, of Goodland, IN, formerly of Tijuana, Baja California, Mexico passed away Saturday, August 16, 2025. He was born in Tijuana on April 3, 1985, the son of the late Rigoberto Torres Chavez and Socorro Barajas Perez.

Gerardo worked as a truck driver for Skyline Agricultural Services in Goodland, IN.

He is survived by his four siblings: Marco Antonio Barajas Perez, Maria Blanca Jimenez Barajas, Rosalba Torres Barajas and Jorge Torres Barajas.

Visitation will be Friday, August 22, 2025 from 12 – 2 p.m. CDT at Steinke Funeral Home of Rensselaer. Services will be held in Tijuana, Mexico at a later date with burial at Cementerio Monte de los Olivos.
