Jolean Merie Connell

Jolean Merie “Jody” Connell, 45, of Brook, IN passed away at her home on Friday, January 14, 2022. She was born in Chicago Heights, IL on March 20, 1976 to Tommy G. Swicegood and the late Sherry M. Arnold.

Jody was a homemaker. She enjoyed ceramics and cooking.

She is survived by her fiancé, Jerry Baird of Brook; her father and step-mother, Tommy and Mary Swicegood of Morocco; one son, Nicholas; and many friends.

She was preceded in death by one son, Brandon; her mother, Sherry Arnold; her grandmother, Christine Upchurch; and grandparents Orville and Betty Wheeler.
