Nancy Griffiths

Nancy Lee Griffiths, 73, died Thursday, July 19, 2012 at Rensselaer Care Center in Rensselaer, IN. She was surrounded by family. She was born July 8, 1939 in Spring Valley, IL, to parents Harold May and Mabel Hutchinson.

She is preceded in death by her husband Thomas Lewis Griffiths; parents; two sisters, Pam and Bonnie; and her son Phillippe Aguirre. She is survived by her brother Larry (Betty) May; four children, Johnny, Thomas, Steve (Theresa) Griffiths and Angel (Jay) Kolodzi; eight grandchildren: Holly, Jessica, Danielle, Amber, Thomas, April Rose, Jamie and Desirae; ten great-grandchildren: Jerricka, Derrick, Chase, Addison, Eystin, Jakob, Avori, Mary, Jake and Wyliene.

Viewing will take place at Steinke Funeral Home, 403 N. Front St., Rensselaer, IN 47978, on Sunday, July 22, 2012 from 2 p.m. – 8 p.m. CDT. Services will be Monday, July 23, 2012 at 10:30 a.m. CDT at Steinke Funeral Home in Rensselaer. Interment will follow at Crown Hill Cemetery in Knox, IN.
