Pattie J. Miracle

May 2, 1942 — March 5, 2026

Rensselaer, IN

Pattie J. Miracle, “Grandma Bee”, was embraced by her Lord and reunited with her six siblings on March 5, 2026. Amazing Grace How Sweet the Sound. Pat enjoyed books, playing cards, Scrabble, dice, and fishing. She also enjoyed the theatre, porch swings, the tilt-a-whirl, the merry-go-round and rocking her cats. Her favorite flowers were yellow roses, her favorite hymn was Amazing Grace, and one of her last wishes was to see the ocean again.

Pat loved pizza, ribs, baked potatoes with xtra, xtra butter, a good steak, and lemon meringue pie.

She was known for her apple pie, shepherds pie, peanut butter fudge and blackberry jam. As well as her intellect, always being on time, and in her later years saying “I don’t give a damn.” In addition our mom and grandma was beautiful. Not like the girls in magazines. She was beautiful for the way she thought, for the sparkle in her eyes when she talked about someone she loved, and she was beautiful deep down to her soul.

Pat leaves behind her son Michael (Jody), her daughter Kathryn (Carl), her granddaughters July (Adam) and Codie, her grandsons Michael, and her precious Cohl. As well as three great grandchildren. She also leaves behind her companion David, sweet Linda and numerous friends and family.

Mike and Kathy would like to thank Franciscan Hospice for their care and support and they will be honoring her final wish by taking her ashes to the ocean.

Mom, what I would give for one more day, one more hour, one more minute.
