Ralph Raisanen

In loving memory of Ralph H. Raisanen, Jr. of Morocco, IN. who passed away on November 15, 2010. He is survived by his wife and soul mate, Diana (Griebe) Raisanen. Two FANTASTIC sons and daughter-in-laws, Ralph III and Kelli Raisanen of Crete, IL, Steven and Judy Raisanen of Roselawn, IN. Seven BEAUTIFUL grandchildren, Jacob, Kyler, Brooklyn, Gracie, Vanessa, Megan, and Jessie. Two WONDERFUL sisters and a brother-in-law, Amelia (Sissy) Wilfinger of Lansing, MI, and Judy and (Rob) Bussiere of Crete, IL, and a LOVING dog Bridgett. Ralph was preceded in death by a daughter, Kimberly (Griebe) Raisanen, father Ralph, Sr., mother, Amelia brothers, Marion Raisanen, Dave Maki, and Bill Maki. He also leaves behind life-long friends with whom he created many happy and loving memories.

Ralph was a retired carpenter for Local 272. Great pride in his workmanship and strong leadership ability took him to positions of responsibility.

Visitation will be at Steinke Funeral Home Brunton Chapel in Morocco on Saturday, Nov. 20, 2010 from 12:00 P.M. until time of service at 2:00 P.M. Rev. Marjorie Egger will officiate. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the family or to Jasper County Hospice.
