Reba I. Clevinger

June 26, 1936 — February 21, 2024

Reba I. Clevinger, 87 of Morocco, Indiana passed away Wednesday, February 21, 2024 at her daughter’s home in Galveston, Indiana. She was born in Ravenscroft, Tennessee on June 26, 1936 to the late Paul and Eunice (Randolph) Lamb. On May 19, 1956, in Morocco, she married Walton E. “Gene” Clevinger. He preceded her in death on August 16, 2020.


Reba was a secretary for the North Newton School Corporation for many years. She enjoyed reading, sewing, gardening, and spending time with her family.


She is survived by her three children: Brenda (Scott) Rearick, David (Darcy) Clevinger, and Debbie (Mark Crites) Falk. Also surviving are her brother, Lucian Lamb; sister, Linda (Jerry) Drinski; eight grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.


She was preceded in death by her husband, Walton “Gene” Clevinger, and her parents, Paul and Eunice Lamb.


A graveside service was held on Thursday, March 28, 2024 at Memory Gardens Cemetery with Chaplain Rick Fay officiating.


In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Heart Association, the American Stroke Association, or the Alzheimer’s Association.
