Rosemary Vaughn

Rosemary Vaughn, 71, of Rensselaer, IN passed away unexpectedly Tuesday, September 26, 2023. She was born in Rensselaer on August 2, 1952, daughter of Maxine Vaughn and the late Everette C. Vaughn, Sr.

Rosemary earned her GED and graduated from Brown Mackie College in Merrillville, IN, where she was on the Dean’s List. She enjoyed watching movies, reading, and staying up-to-date with politics. She enjoyed attending lunches and Bingo at the Rensselaer Senior Center. In her younger days, she liked to embroider.

She is survived by her mother, Maxine Vaughn of Rensselaer; two brothers, Everette C. Vaughn, Jr. (Karen) of Rensselaer and Michael Vaughn of Avon, IN; three sisters: Linda Williams (Gerald) of Remington, IN, Joyce L. Bachar of Rensselaer, and Teresa L. Bryan (Gary) of Arizona.

She was preceded in death by her father, Everette Vaughn, Sr. and her sister, Diane Mayden.
