Wayne Allen Parsons

Wayne Allen Parsons, 55, of Morocco, Indiana died on Monday, October 12, 2015 in Mt. Pleasant, South Carolina. He was born on Sunday, May 8, 1960 in Midland, Michigan to the late Mrs. Mary Parsons and Mr. Mervin Parsons.

Wayne was a loving father, husband, and grandfather, showing his care and dedicated love and support throughout his life. He was active in Morocco, impacting countless lives in his business, community, and entrepreneurial interests.

He is survived by his loving spouse of 9 years, Lori Parsons of Sun City Center, Florida; his father, Mr. Mervin Parsons of Hope, Michigan; daughters: Tara Marie Stevenson of Ladson, South Carolina and Rachelle Lynne Perkins of Mt. Pleasant, South Carolina; sons: Matthew Wayne Parsons of Wyandotte, Michigan, Joseph Allen Parsons of Kentland, Indiana and Joshua Allen Parsons, also of Kentland, Indiana; brothers: Scott Parsons of Midland, Michigan, Chris Parsons of Lakeview, Michigan and Kevin Parsons of Morocco, Indiana; his wonderful grandchildren; and many loving friends. He was predeceased by his mother, Mary Parsons.

The family will receive friends on Friday, October 23, 2015 beginning at 3 p.m. at Steinke Funeral Home in Morocco, Indiana with memorial service at 5:00 p.m. Rev. Wayne Williams officiating. Interment will be at New Hope Cemetery in Hope, Michigan on Saturday, October 24, 2015 at 3 p.m. Refreshments will follow at Midland Free Evangelical Church.
